  3. Thank you for this very helpful article about stress. I think we all suffer with stress at times in our lives and that’s why this article is so helpful. I know for me that stress is something I have to be proactive about dealing with otherwise it can quickly become overwhelming and I find myself stressed that I’m stressed! I have found planning to be key to dealing with stress, I like to break down things into manageable steps and equally plan in things to help me destress such as planning 30 minutes I keep free for a walk in nature. I have also found keeping a notepad by my bed is a great tool, I often think of things I need to do or may have forgotten to do as I lay in bed and I used to find this kept me awake at night stressing but now I write it on my notepad and know that I can deal with it tomorrow.
