This Weeks’ Healthy Tips
- . Eat slowly, take small mouthfuls and chew your food well. Concentrate on what you’re eating. Not only will you enjoy your food more, you’ll be less likely to suffer heartburn or indigestion – and less likely to overeat.
- Buy organic fresh produce whenever you can. Produce that is not organic is often sprayed with pesticides, genetically modified, gas-ripened and coated with waxes.
- Don’t skip meals. It creates the illusion of dieting so that you tend to eat more later – plus it lowers your resistance to temptation later, when you suddenly realize you’re hungry.

Great article! I particularly like the reminder about how important it is to enjoy the journey and not just think about the destination. That alone can help fuel positive thoughts that keep you on the right track. The brain power and uplifting attitude goes a long way to keeping motivated!
Pleased that you enjoyed the article, many thanks for your comments.
It’s true that motivation comes mainly from the mind. It means that if your mind is aligned with your goals, you will act, no matter what. For instance, I’ve decided to write 3 articles per week. I’ve ingrained those goals in my subconscious mind in some way or another because now if I haven’t written my 3 articles I’m restless. So I agree with your article!
Many thanks for your kind comments so pleased that you enjoyed the artile.
