Welcome to my website at Healthy You Online, which has been set up to give you guidance on how to take care of your body and also to help improve and develop your lifestyle and outlook on life. As I am not a qualified Medical professional, the advice which you will see on this site is for your information only, and must be treated as such.
Due to having spent some twenty-four years in the armed forces, followed by twenty-five years in the charity sector as a volunteer, I have developed a sense of wanting to help people. This is especially true with regard to their health, well being, personal development and general lifestyle.
Deciding that one way to reach out to the world was via the internet, I formed a limited company ESA Enterprises Ltd, to enable me to cover the wide range of interests which I have. All my websites come under this one company. This also enables me to offer manuals, blueprints, DVD’s and other items which I feel could be of interest to you.
A number of years ago I suffered a baby stroke, my doctor asked if I still smoked when I said no he replied “Didn’t think so, I doubt if I would be talking to you if you did”, this gave me a wake-up call with the way in which I was treating my body, poor diet, liked a drink, ready meals galore, so the sorry story went on.
This site through weekly blogs will discuss not only the need for people to be healthy, but how you can achieve it. Not forgetting advice on how to develop and improve both your lifestyle, well-being and personal development.
The subject of our health is very in depth, and covers a lot of individual subjects, ranging from diets to strokes, alcohol abuse, fatty foods and more.
To avoid boring you with the same subject each week I intend to vary each blog as much as possible, the topics which I hope to cover include, these are in no particular order.

It is intended that a blog on one of these subjects will be posted at least weekly with a bonus blog when able. Whilst the main emphasis will be on maintaining a healthy life style with personal development, eventually all major topics will be included.
This list is by no means exhaustive, you will notice that I have left out exercise, this is deliberate as I do have other sites which cover this subject and I will link them to this site when the need arises.
With some blogs I will add a tip on natural cures, this will be in addition to the subject I am writing on that week. In the beginning I will no doubt post more than one blog a week to give you an idea of what I am trying to achieve.
Eventually I hope to start a free membership site, this will also have links to Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Instagram.
