It’s refreshing to see a comprehensive breakdown of what constitutes organic food and its numerous health advantages. I particularly appreciate the emphasis on organic food being part of a holistic approach to health, which includes regular exercise and good sleep habits.

One aspect I’m curious about is the accessibility and affordability of organic foods for the average consumer. In many regions, organic products tend to be more expensive than their non-organic counterparts. Do you have any tips or suggestions for those who want to incorporate more organic foods into their diet but are constrained by a budget?

Also, it would be interesting to know more about the environmental impact of organic farming compared to conventional farming. While the health benefits are clear, how does organic farming fare in terms of sustainability and its carbon footprint?
